Elevate Cbus is a program launched by The Columbus Chamber. This is a professional development program created to support ambitious business leaders in strengthening their communication skills and advancing their careers. Through a focused six-month series of programming, participants refine the business communication strategies and leadership presence needed to grow with confidence and clarity.

By 2025, the program had evolved, and the Chamber was ready to rebrand to reflect its expanded impact and modern perspective. The new identity needed to visually communicate business psychology, emerging technology, and the power of collaboration. The rebrand balanced structure and sophistication with forward-thinking design, resulting in a refreshed visual system that felt intelligent, dynamic, and aligned with today’s professional landscape. The new brand stands on its own as a recognizable logo while also living within The Columbus Chamber’s brand. This new brand takes inspiration from the Lumina Spark Leadership booklet that the program is built around.
